... for Lunch
If you think you (or your family) could host a youth lunch then please let us know when is good for you! How it works...
- Doesn't have to be anything fancy - pasta, soup, haystacks, bread rolls or BBQs are all pretty easy. By all means ask people to bring stuff - drinks/chips/salad/whatever - but if you want them to actually do it, best to let me know and i can put it in the email. Or you could send out your own email - whatever suits!
- Open invite to anyone who rocks up at church - example: if lunch is on at Tim's place and Nick sees a hot new girl at church who Tim is too shy to talk to, Nick can invite Hot New Girl to Tim's house on Tim's behalf.
- You can commit to doing it as often or as not-often as you like - even if you only want to do it once that's still great.
- We don't need every week filled, but if there's any time you can see that suits you, please let me know and I'll put your name down.
... or for Coffee
As above, but for coffee and dessert sometime in the afternoon instead. A bit cheaper and easier and still a great opportunity to hang out - especially when it's wet and cold.
